Between Heaven and Hell: Living with Intense Emotions

Technically, I should be working. But my heart — he has other plans.

Technically, I should be working. But my heart — he has other plans.

Lately, he's been going wild.
Not trying to understand, not trying to be patient.
Just acting selfish...

He's conflicted. Wants answers. Maybe closure. Maybe attention.
Maybe just a little hope that it's going to work out.

But he's also confused, torn between letting go and holding on.

He believes in letting go; he really does. He reads the quotes and hears the logic.
But deep down he also knows:
Love is the only thing truly worth fighting for in this world.

And then, there are people who say:

"Agar tum kisi cheez ko shiddat se chaho,
to puri kayanat tumhe usse milane ki koshish mein lag jaati hai."
(If you desire something with true intensity,
the entire universe conspires to bring it to you.)

Whom should I believe?

My heart? My mind? The people?

The endless Instagram reels preaching self-worth and telling me I deserve better? (Crap, mostly.)

Or the person, the one who isn't even ready to receive this love?

Maybe...
Let me try asking someone.
Someone who understands this mess of feelings.

Handwritten note — Shall I put my heart on my sleeve for you, or shall I hide it deep inside my body?

Confidantly yours......
